Meditation

Why is it important to Meditate?

Meditation is actually the practice of reconnecting yourself to the source. When you are in a human body, there are so many things around you to distract you.

Life takes your attention, for life is very colourful. So we get lost in it.

When you meditate, you can forget this external life. You can go within, into this peaceful, empty space. This is the space where everything came from.

So literally you are going back to the source. And when you do this, it's similar to when you put your phone into the charger, you are being recharged by the source energy. This experience is very, very beautiful and very calming and empowering.

Without meditation and connection to this space you are running on a low battery, living life from less than your potential.

Meditation will ground you and connect you back to your roots. All the answers are already within. All questions disappear. No questions are needed in deep meditation. Because you already know.

So you find an equilibrium, where nothing is needed and there a great joy and ecstatic state of being arises.

 Can Meditation improve Self awareness?

I think the world likes meditation. When awareness is lacking, meditation is a way into that, into consciousness, into a deep knowing and understanding of what life is.  Through growth in awareness, everything gets sorted in your life. Whether it be physical illness, emotional stress, or mental unrest.

Awareness is not thinking. In fact, it is when we start thinking that awareness lowers. When we stop thinking we allow awareness. Meditation helps your consciousness to reach its fullest potential.

You are your awareness. So you are aligning with who you really are and ultimately what the source of everything is, the pure consciousness.
